Yu Garden
Yu Garden, built in the Ming Dynasty, is the most celebrated classical Chinese Garden in the Shanghai downtown area. It is located in the northeastern part of the old city of Shanghai, close to the City God Temple.
The adjacent Yuyuan Bazaar is good for a browse for the antiques, arts, crafts, souvenirs, etc. If you like, taste some local snacks here.
